June sees a month of celebration of PRIDE to commemorate the achieve and years of struggle for civil rights and the ongoing pursuit of equality for the LGBTQIA+ community.
28th June was a special day for KSE for its celebration of PRIDE, which was one of its kind. An awareness event in the form of a talk show was organised with two special guests- Tamal who is a makeup artist and skincare consultant and Mrittika who is an entrepreneur cum event manager and an alumni member of the college.
The session answered some major questions related to the LGBTQ community and PRIDE with the aim to spread awareness about something so crucial. The session also welcomed questions from the students.
The discussion ended with cutting of a rainbow cake and a photo session with the guests and students.
