To spread awareness about the importance and benefits of Yoga, 21st June is celebrated as the international Yoga Day every year. This year, a small yoga session was organised at KSE where the students learnt some yogic practices and asanas including the Surya Namaskar (Sun Salutation), Kapalbhati, Pawanmuktasana, Savasana etc. along with their benefits.

It was a rather rejuvenating experience for all!
